Cifra. Biomedical Sciences is a peer-reviewed scientific journal publishing original research and review articles in fundamental and applied areas of biomedical sciences.
The aim of the journal is to contribute to the advancement of biomedical research by publishing scientific studies focused on the mechanisms underlying the onset and progression of diseases; the improvement of methods for diagnosis, prevention, treatment, and medical rehabilitation; the assessment of health risk factors; and the application of modern experimental, analytical, and digital technologies in medicine.

The journal accepts original research articles, reviews, brief communications, and methodological papers. Particular attention is given to interdisciplinary research integrating approaches from medicine, biology, bioinformatics, mathematical modeling, and information technology, provided that such research has a clear biomedical focus and significant scientific value.
The journal is published in Russian and English.
